Sealmaster Pavement Products has been ripping people off as well as their own. 
They boast the best products, winning awards, and nothing is further from the truth.

Rick Noon is the so called "Chemist" with no degree whatsoever.  I don't even think that he finished High School.  He is a bumbling idiot that THINKS he knows what he's doing.

He orders other companies products and then breaks them down in his lab where NO real chemist work.  He uses everything that he can to duplicate the sample product that he ordered from another company and then reproduces it by trial and error....no science.

Trial and error.....weeks, months, sample after sample....whatever it takes to steal someone's formula.

He steals formulas and then makes them his own passing them out to all of the locations and bragging that he actually did something.....but he did nothing but STEAL

He should be put in jail and investigated by the FBI for fraud.  I wonder how many patented products he has stolen over the years and then named them his own.

What a FAKE !  Rick Noon of SealMaster Products is a fake and he will tell you whatever you want to hear to get his way.

He has never had a creative idea of his own.
