Take good advice from a ex Trane employee. Buy Carrier equipment. The equipment has fewer problems and Carriers service is outstanding. Trane has major problems with a lot of their equipment. The counter service is the worst i have ever seen in the 35 yrs of my HVAC career. I have also seen Trane attempt to overcharge customers on labor and attempt to charge customers for items they already own. Trane also violates their own code of conduct and ethics guidelines. Trane also trys to hide the truth from customers about their problems on newkly installed systems. Feel free to contact me anytime via this web site.
