I was warned not to go here by a few people. I tried since it was a new place and it was awful. I had a terrible experience. I asked to speak with the owner who was unavailable or unwilling to talk to me. It seemed like she was more unwilling by the way the girl helping me was talking. I could have sworn a cockroach was going to crawl on me at any time. I will never return to this h*ll hole. Poorly managed, poorly trained. Let you be warned!

First, if this is an actual client, thank you for trying our services despite being "warned by a few people". As we are still in our first year of operation we have had some experience with hiring and letting go of therapists who misrepresented themselves as experienced. I do apologize if you in fact received less than great massage therapy. I am unclear about you not being able to speak to me directly. Unless the therapist intentionally didn't give you the information, you should have been able to call the business number which was forwarded to my cell phone when out of the office. 
I feel very confident in saying that Max Cole, owner of Office This, would not have any space open to cockroaches. Worst case scenario-when the fitness group moved out of our shared space there was a large empty space with only a broom, mop and some boxes. As I can remember myself, it was not an inviting space but clean and sanitized; none the less. Since then, we have joined the same fitness groups in a great downtown location.
