I successfully booked a massage using a Living Social coupon.  The masseuse, Ms. Young, who apparently is the sole owner of her business, was advertising 4 massage "membership" packages as a holiday special, at a price of $120.  I bought a package and booked my next massage with her.

The day before the scheduled massage, I got voicemail and email messages canceling it.  Ms. Young invited me to rebook, but did not respond to any emails or voice messages to the phone number she gave me. 

I finally drove back to the business and left a note under the door, as the place was locked up, asking for a refund.  I even enclosed a stamp with my address.  But I have heard nothing from her.  I have gotten an email from another person who saw my complaint on Yelp!, indicating Ms. Young has stolen from her, too.  Other people on Yelp! also report booking Living Social massages, only to find the business locked on the appointed date, or getting the same sort of last minute cancellatioon I did, and finding it impossible to reach Ms. Young to rebook.  She appears clearly to be a thief.
