I hope Darrell, the owner of this co would be reading this, I am highly disgusted with your approach to customer service. 
we ordered two mattresses today from your company and we live in franklin, we paid the full price of the mattress plus the taxes and your delivery fee with absolutely no discounts whatsoever on listed price. 

I still do not understand your pathetic approach towards servicing your customers. 

your deliver boy eela(not too sure of his name)called us and said he will be at our place in 30 mins, so altough we were shopping in nashville we immeadiately came to franklin, after reaching our apt in franklin we kept waiting for him and when we called him again he said he is going to be late by 40 mins which was a complete waste of our time, still we were fine, then we he came he offloaded one mattress which was damaged and he took it back which was not only a waste a time but also a lot of inconvenience as we needed a mattress urgently today anyhow. 

now when he came to deliver another matress in opposite apartment, i just went to pick up keys to this apt and was back in less than 5mins, the most absurd and the weird thing i ever heard in my entire life is from your delivery boy that now within less than 5 mins you have decided that he cant off load the matress and put it in my apt because you his boss have ordered him not to do so, though we can offload it ourselves and take it to our apt if we want, i dont know how  that could have helped him save his time because he would still need to wait while we offload the stuff, on the contrary and to my surpise he wasted    20 mins discussing with us that y he cant deliver and calling you and mark and spent more time then actually offloading and delivering it as he was standing right below our apt instead of taking the stuff back after getting it so far. was this time efficient, cost efficient, service oriented approach of yours............????? 

i not only need my money back, but also need a compensation of mental agony, waste of my time and  inconvinience since i now need to manage sleeping on floor as there are no other arrangements made as i was expecting a matress today itself. 

i hope after reading this review others do not buy from you so that they do not have to face the same what i have gone through today and do not allow you a chance to earn their business as you do not deserve the same.
