Mattress1one Deceptive, Unreasonable, Unprofessional, Unscrupuless, Lakeland Florida

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOR SHOULD YOU BUY mattresS through MATTRESS1ONE.  I recently purchased a mattress through MATTRESS1ONE from the 3760 US 98 North  in Lakeland Fl.,  it has a 30 day comfort guarantee. I wanted to return it as I was not comfortable with it, as they have no other mattresses that I want or would like to "exchange" or purchase from them or their stores I requested a refund.   MATTRESS1ONE  apparently only permits upgrades to more costly mattresses and/or trade for equal value replacements and will not deal with UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS.   According to  Matthew Carnegie Blackshear, Operations Manager, 1255 La Quinta  Dr. Orlando, Fl 32809.  They do not refund for purchases.  
 
MATTRESS1ONE forces you to keep the product you do not want (even when they have a 30 day comfort guarantee) or forces you to purchase some other product they offer and don't want.  They will not consider a refund even if offered a restocking fee.  
 
They do not listen to the customer and will not refund money no matter how dissatisfied they so. So send this to all you know, so they can avoid being ripped off by this company.    Send this to all you know.  Maybe then they will get the idea that one person can affect their business.
