I have yet to run into a company with bad customer service as mattress1One. I bought my mattress in the kendall location and a year later I paid for an inspection. The Lady did not show up till 8 Pm, meanwhile during the day I was calling to check up on the inspection and Jackie was purposely ignoring the call. After the inspection was done I never received a call. It took 3 weeks of me calling number after number because nobody had an answer. I Finally spoke to Oscar who told me they stopped making my bed and I could get an exchange.
Perfect I went to the kendall location again and I was told the company was too big and they didnt keep a computer system, but everything was hand-written and If they couldnt find my original docs i will not get an exchange. (however when i bought the mattress I was told i had a 10 year warranty) I came back with the receipt. The order was process and yet again I never got a call back letting me know that they cancelled the order and were not doing any delivery. After tracking them down I got another delivery date and as expected no call and they were a no show. I called to complain and was told there was nobody who I could speak to.
Oscar the warehouse manager was refusing to speak to me. The receptionist/or whoever answered the phone just picked up the calls and immediated hung up the phone. They Refused to talk to me. I called the kendall location and although ozzie has been the only nice and helpful one He basically told me. They were doing me a favor and there was nothing i could do but to wait. It appears jackie again had messed up on the order. How is a company doing me a fovor when i paid for this bed and thats the service i am paying for. I would NEVER EVER buy from them again nor would i recommend this company to anyone else. Not worth the headace!

Claims the bank says I need a warrenty...
Rubbish! This is absolutely ILLEGAL in all U.S. jurisdictions. NO business can require a purchased warranty as a condition of approving a secured vehicle loan. You can verify this with your State attorney general or the FTC.
I suggest you go there with a friend and see if you can get these sheisters to repeat this in front of your witness. If they are stupid enough to do so, file a written FRAUD complaint with your State attorney general.
Demand a complete refund of any monies you have paid towards this vehicle and to have the entire purchase and finance UNDONE.
Good luck.
