Serta Mattress Fake warranty Internet
*Consumer Comment: My year old Serta mattress has specific items covered, some excluded and some with requirements...

When the dealer who sold me my mattress refused to honor the supposed "20-year" warranty after the mattress began to sag after only a couple of months I contacted Serta online. They refused to discuss the warranty, stating that I had to handle it through my local dealer. Avoid all Serta products. The iComfort Genius I got was supposed to last and was supposed to be as good as Temperpedic mattresses. If this is true--AVOID BUYING TEMPERPEDIC! You will spend thousands of dollars for a piece of crap!! It is easy to give out a 20-year warranty if you have no intention of honoring it! The store gave me a 90-day guarantee, too, which they also refused to honor.

It excludes body impressions or sagging of less than 1-1/2" It excludes warranty service if mattress is unsanitary.
Latex and memory foam mattresses have entirely different warranty conditions.
The warranty is also void if the mattress is used as a trampoline by you or your kids.
Have you met ALL the terms of the warranty?
I'm sure you were told why your claim was denied and have omitted it here to bolster "your case."
What's the rest of the story, because if they are denying a lawful claim, you should be pursuing this.
If, as I suspect, something's missing here, only you know what that is.
