American Freight Ripped me off. Tonwanda New York

I went to American Freight in Townawanda to look for a bedroom set for my daughter and living room set. I found what i liked and set up for deleivery thursday. they called me at 10 in the morning thursday to give me a time frame they said 3 to 5 hours. It was nearly seven when they arrived and the deleivery men were rude. They were to busy making plans for later that night very careless with everything. I than started opeing furniture and all living room set was fine no problems but the bedroom set was a mess. The mirror was cracked and the mattress and box spring were to different sizes and fabrics. They were already closed so i called as soon as they opened the following day, and when I talked to them i had mentioned that i had to wait more than 3 to 5 hours. So they said there were not as many deleiveries today it will be there by 4. They did not even show up at all that day. So i called again the following morning and they said they will come out to do the mirror but the mattress and box spring are not gonna be the same size. I explained what they had brung us was way off and not even a set, we ordered a set. So now by three year old is without a bed to sleep on. They now claim that they will be out here today said a guy is coming in just for mirror and bed. will never be the same size and they said it would be a hour now working on a little over two. this place is ridicilous I qwould never go back to this company or reccomend them to ANYONE.
