AMERICAN THERAPY EQUIPMENT OF NORTHERN CALIFOFRNIA GLORIA BERRY, OWNER TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE-LIES ABOUT THE PRODUCT-SELLS DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE LODI, California

On March 14, 2004 I purchased an Adjustable Massage Bed System, from American therapy Equipment. The Kingsize Beds cost me more than $4000.00. The Beds included a 15 year Warranty, against defects in workmanship etc. Six months ago, first my wife, than I, began to get back aches, and back pains after a nights' sleep. We finally determined, after several trips to the Doctor and Chiropractor, that the cause of this pain, was a complete Breakdown of the Mattresses on our bed.
We notified Gloria Berry, the owner of American Therapy, about our dilemma, and asked for advice and solutions, since we knew the bed had a 15 year warranty, and we had owned the bed, for less than half of the warranted period. When She finally answered my phone calls and heard my story, her reactions were; first to claim the bed was more than 10 years old, and second, to tell us that the Mattress Company was no longer in business, and therefore the warranty, was no good!!!
When I insisted that she and her company, had sold me the bed, and she was responsible, she hung up on me!!! I than began to research the Bed Company; SONOID MASSAGE PRODUCTS,  located in Silver Springs, New York and found that indeed they still exist with a BBB rating of D- and are still in operation.

 I intend to carry this matter further to it's legal conclusions. Do not deal with this Company that lies, sells inferior products and will not stand by anything they sell.
