First of all, Mattress One advertises inexpensive mattress and good deals, but, as soon as you walk in the door, you find that the good deals are hard cheap mattresses that you wouldn't put your dog on. As you enter the store, you are confronted by a sales person that starts by saying, what are you looking for in a mattress, you then tell them and immediately you led to believe that you need a more expensive and better mattress then advertised. My story is this, I purchased a Sealy Euro Plush Mattress from Mattress One and was happy with the one I tried out in the store, but, when the Mattress was delivered and set up, it was softer then the one I tried out in the store, it was to soft and after 2 weeks, the coils were already giving out, so, I contacted the store and also went to the store several times to complain and to request a new one under their warranty policy, I was told that they would send someone out to inspect the mattress and get the warranty underway, I was contacted by the store manager and was informed that he was sending out an inspector to look at the mattress, it turned out the inspector who was to look at the mattress, was the same two guys that delivered my mattress, so, basically the people that inspect defective mattresses are their delivery people. After their inspection of the mattress, they determined that is was in fact defective, so, after speaking with the manager at the store again, he informed me that he would contact Sealy and under their warranty, they would send me a new mattress, well, after about 2 months of playing phone tag with Mattress One, the manager informed me that because of the time lapse, he couldn't warranty my mattress for a new and that if I wanted a new one, I would have to at least pay $99 to even start a warranty claim. It has been 7 months now and I haven't been able to get anywhere with them, I even tried to deal with their corporate office and now the phone number I had and spoke to a rep. is a fax line now. My back has suffered for this, I am in pain everyday and for a company that I thought would have good mattresses and be honorable, I was sadly mistaken. Oh and I was also suppose to receive a Cali King Bed Frame, which they don't even sell. This company is a joke and they will rip you off and be as nice as can be until they sell you a bed. DON'T BE FOOLED, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This unfortunate customer is correct, as a former employee i was subjected to telling customers they have to pay $60 inspection fee's and $60 re-delivery fee's on situations like this. Any company will charge you a fee but the problem with Mattress1One is it is primarily family owned and operated. The same people who deliver the beds in fact do provide the inspection(these people have absolutely no idea what constitutes a sag or defect. They wouldn't even be able to explain the difference of a Sealy to a Serta!) This company was by far the most unethical company i have ever worked for in my life!!
