Rooms to Go delivered my order damaged and with pieces missing. Two headboards for the bed and no footboard. Called customer service who was only willing to arrange another delivery date. Advised by customer service that Rooms to Go does not do any kind of credit for customer inconvenience. The only recourse is to return the funiture and file for a refund. Very poor customer service. Will never shop rooms to go again.
