SIT N SLEEP ripped us off PASADENA California

We purchased a mattress in 2006. Within 3 months the mattress started to sag from body weight (I weigh 110 pounds!) so I called them and explained what was happening. They sent someone out to measure the indentations; the man would not give us the results. A week later we got a card in the mail stating that the mattress was within the allowed range?. The mattress contnued to get worse , eight months later I called again and again they sent out another man to inspect it with the same results.

I have osteoporsis and RA and am unable to get a good nights sleep. I don't have the money to but another mattress. It is a crime that stores like this do not care about thier customers.
