Called Leapparts to inquire about a part for a scooter.  Representative had no clue what I was talking about.  Was told to send a picture of the part needed along with 5:00 for part and 5:00 for shipping and explanation of what was needed.  This was done the middle of Sept.  Called the end of Sept. was told received check and forwarded to parts department and they had no questions at that time.  Called again in Oct.  had not been shipped would check on it and call us back.  No phone  call received.  Called again in Oct. Suprised no one called us back would try to get to bottom of it. No phone call back. 

Called again in Oct Thinks it was shipped call back on Monday to check status.  Called again no record of it being shipped.  Asked to speak with a supervisor was on hold forever no one picked up.  Called again message left with Tonya to check parts department.  No phone call back.  Also have e-mailed this company 3 times no follow up received.  Called again in Nov told can't ship they don't carry it.  Unbelievable,  Took 2 months to figure this out asked for a refund and to speak with a supervisor told its friday and they all left early.  Called on Monday to see if it was sent yet will check on it and call back {NOT}.  Called again Friday asked for a supervisor again Her Name is Tonya  Left early for lunch and hasn't returned.  Left message to call me asap. 

Did not hear back called again Tonya still not available.  Carol States she will fax me a refund request to fill out. I ask why do I have to fill this out if you don't have the part. It will speed up the refund.  Never received fax or a phone call back.  Its only 10.00 but  Its still no way to run a business.  Meanwhile my customer is upset because his scooter has been tied up for 2 months.  And the dealership he bought it from sells them but carries no parts so I'am caught in the middle with a unhappy customer, out my money and no parts.  I would not recommend this company to anyone they rip people off.  And to tell you the truth I don't think any supervisors really work there.

This company is bad news.  They never return your call or e-mail and put you on hold forever.  It has been 3 months and still no refund.  I call everyday you would think they would get sick of me.  I always ask to speak with a manager but they are never available.  Buyers beware
