NATION TIRE AND BATTERY NTB told me they would pay me and that they would give me my employee ID number but i never recieved a employee ID number and i worked alot of over time but i still have not gotten a paycheck and its been over a month now!!! Plano Texas

i used to work at NTB, in plano texas and i was working there for about a month. So at first i found it weird that i got a interview and that i had the job right away. i do have experience in auto mechanics, so i knew what i was doing. But i had signed or filled out no W2 form, so i got issued a blue data card and they said "oh there will be money on it next pay time". I had put in alot of over time and was workin 42 hours a week if not more. i was figuring out i was basicaly working for for free, but i stuck in there because it was the only thing i had going for me. i would stay after just to help out, but i was not getting paid, they never told me how much i was getting paid a hour. I never saw a pay check at all not once! i turned it into the tec program and they are investigating them, but i keep on calling and calling but they make up excuses on why they have not paid me. I always get the run around and i have not gotten my money! They do not pay there employees at all. I do not recomend anybody to NTB no matter where you go and if you are in the north texas area do not go to this NTB, they do not know what they are doing and are just out for your money!! i'am not happy and iam very pissed and upset, because i have not gotten my money and i just do not want to be out of 1500.00 that they owe me. i just cant believe that the company screwed me over so badly but iam not stopping iam trying to get my money from them so i keep on callin and calling and they keep on telling me things that just never happen! so i do not recomend anybody to go to this NTB i hope that NTB does go under!!

Also if anybody is a lawyer and would like too help me with this it would be great because i have documents saying the hours and everything that i have worked.. as well i have proof.
