Meetup, Inc. I paid for an online group meetup and was sent an email that my group was closed for violation of terms of service. I was told I would be refunded my money, but have not received a credit. New York, New York

I signed up on meetup.com to create a group for my business. There is a monthly subscription charge for the service. I paid for just one month at $19. I received a generic email 3 days later, stating that my group was being questioned for violation of their terms of service. Do to the violation, they closed my group and said I was refunded my money. I have yet to see the credit to my bank account. I responded to the email with no response and followed up with an online request, since there was no contact phone number. My complaint is that there are at least 2 other existing groups that are similar to my business, offering similar services on their group profile. This is a complete contradiction.
