Cherry One Web Site JUST LIKE THE REST... SCAMMED Chicago Illinois

It seems like we all have the same complaint!
Basically, in a nut shell, I was "pitched" heavily by Aaron Domino, in signing up for the "wonderful" services, that Cherryone will provide for my company, to get the highest rankings on the web! He called and emailed me for months, prior to me falling for his BS and giving them $2,150.00 for the initial sign up fee and $450.00 for the (2) months that they claimed to service my business.

My own fault, I never checked the BBB or other complaint web sites, to see if this company was who they claimed to be.

After they had received the initial $2,150.00 (via credit card) they had started sending me invoices for the monthly billing. I was told that I wouldn't see any results for at least 90 days. I was currently paying for Google, Yahoo and MSN for rankings, which were not very high standings. Weeks went by and I never heard a word from anyone regarding my account. I had called and left several messages, with no return phone calls. I had emailed Aaron Domino with my concerns and he emailed me back stating that someone from the SEO department will be calling me back shortly. Never heard a word! A week later, I called Aaron back, letting him know that I hadn't heard a word from anyone. I had expressed to him that there is absolutely no change in rankings, almost 90 days later and I am not very happy with the service that I was not getting. His suggestion was.... ready? I need to have them do my web site, have them rebuild it, oh and did I mention the charge for building a web site is $2,500.00, Was he kidding me??? My web site is great and that was not the problem. I had hired them to bring my rankings up, not to build me a web site!

He told me again, that someone will be contacting me to rectify some of the issues that I was having. Never heard a word. At this point, I was extremely annoyed and tried to contact the CEO of the company, George Lamberis. He was vacationing in Florida, as I was told. A week later, I attempted to reach him again, he was not around. A few days after that, I tried again, left a message and never heard back from him.

On 7/15/08, I called my bank to file a dispute on the initial $2,150.00. They had informed me that it takes about 30 days, Cherryone had 30 days to fight the dispute against them. I didn't pursue the additional $450.00, for the monthly billing, that I had paid with bank checks. I wrote that off as a stupid mistake.
On 8/15/08, my account was credited back for the $2,150.00, as it should be.

Today, 9/5/08, I had received a phone call from the CEO, George Lamberis. You know, George Lamberis, who was vacationing in Florida on all the money that his company scammed people with and the George that never returned any of my phone calls? He had the nerve to 1. question my charge back. I told him that I had filed a dispute for my initial deposit of $2,150.00, because I never received the service that I was promised, or actually, never received anything at all. 2. Told me that he will be contacting his attorney to recover the $2,150.00. 3. requested my attorney's name and phone number. Prior to me hanging up on the jack ass, I laughed real hard and told him to go F--- himself! How does George and his scam team sleep at night?

How do these people sleep at night!
