I recieved a call in late Early March about some magazines. It seemed harmless enough. My payment was around $49. I agreed to 6 magazines. I also had already subscribed with American Reading Club, which I have had 0 problems with. CMS has not sent my magazines out and have tried to bill me late charges. Just recently I authorized a one time debt of $76.48 to them because they said they would take legal action and report it on my credit report. I didn't want that to happen, so I did the one time debt.

Now my bank has sent me a letter and stated that I have a $20 return check fee for them trying to put the same payment through a month later. I wish I would have seen all of these complaints earlier. I feel so idiotic.
