MOS Magazin, CMS Magzine, Consolidated Media Services RIP OFF SCAM ARTISTS CHEATS HARASSERS & THE SLEAZY NASTY PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THEM!! Atlanta Georgia

This company calls me at dinner time, telling me about this GREAT magazine deal they have to offer with a great FREE GIFT!! I am sure most of you know the deal of what they say and do o try and smooze you. I then ask them how payments are made andthey tell me by my credit card which they then read off my M/C number. I explain I do not do payment over the phone thank you and good bye. They then tell me that they will send me a pace i the ail to read over and if I am not satisfied to send it back with in 10 days and my cc WILL NOT BE BILLED.

BS!! I never received any type of "packet"- BUT I did receive CC charges on my bill. I instantly started to dispute all the charges and then I called the company. I got the "We are sorry for the problem and we will take care of it an send another packet to you!" Low and behold, magazines started arriving, (no packet, and so did the charges,(no packet) every month.

The CSR even clled to see how the service was. I explained the situation over and over and kept getting, well we will take care of it, we are sorry.All the chargs were taken off my cc and they said they have seen is name often.

Tonight I got a call from NATION WIDE CREDIT (800-226-7356) it ws the debt collector, who threatend me and harrassed me stating he was going to get the money one way or another and that I would pay one way or another. I got so PO'd and told him anything he has to say he can send to me in writing. Then he tells me he conversation was recorded (Ileagal too, they can not do this without permisson)

I called a number I had for MOS Magazine and got CMS who claimed hey had no idea who MOS was. Of course they and pulled up my account. Then this snot nose lady starts asking me why I have not paid. I told her what happend and she then said she has nothing to do with sales and that's a seperate company, this company just pays the company for the order of the magazine nd has nothing to so with he initial order??????

BUt after arguing with her she then states she has the recorded message from the initial agreement she suddenly works for them now.) I tell he I want a copy of the conversation and she says all she can do is play it for me.She would not el me where they originally got my cc number from and then tells me she has o ida what debt service they use.I finally got it out of her and reported them both to Better Buiness and Atrny. General. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!!!!!!
