Design On A Dime is a "company" that provides digital graphics, mainly myspace layouts for music artists. I am a graphics designer myself but wanted to purchase a layout through Design On A Dime due to his appealing style and knowledge of Adobe photoshop.

Upon purchasing my layout, I received no work or even any signs of work that my layout was being completed. When i confronted Chris Shelley (The sole owner and employee from this so called "company") I received no word back. I filed a claim on paypal and that claim is since pending. I spoke with my local sheriff's department and was told "a website or myspace is not a personal property" and that this was not a case of theft. After discussing this matter with several colleagues in the music scene in Temecula and the Inland Empire region, i have found out that Chris Shelley is infamous for scamming innocent victims through paypal.

If you pay Chris Shelley for any sort of work, it will never be completed and you will need to file a claim on paypal immediately in any hope to ever get your money back. This 17 year old boy has been making a living off scamming people for over 2 years.

Christopher also goes by the name Golden aka. Golden Designs. He is a member of the Beaumont music group At The Skylines. He resides in Beaumont, California.

Under no circumstance should you pay Christopher any money. You will never receive work or a refund. He is an unlawful citizen that has gotten away with THOUSANDS of dollars just through a loop hole online. DO NOT WORK WITH DESIGN ON A DIME!
