Lisa Tucker, publisher of Edible Buffalo, does not honor contracts and fails to pay her freelance writers and editors. She behaves in an unethical and unprofessional manner, inconsistent with normal business practices. Do not enter into any work agreements with her or Edible Buffalo. You will not get paid and she will not observe legal contracts.
