On July 18, 2008 while researching a problem I was experencing with one of my computers, I came accross XP Medic. It seem like it was the savior to my problem. I too used pay pal, 34.95 spent and rec'd nothing. My inquires for assistance from the company also replyed with wanting to respond within the next 24 hours, but never heard from the company and did not rec'd a refund. Total rip off, stay away from XP medic.
