This is a person who does not pay for services rendered regarding his website. In his "i am a man of my word" speech it is clear that he is just the opposite. Be forewarned.

Jodi N. Logan breeched our agreement

AUTHOR: Tower Video Services - Lakeland (U.S.A.)

I placed an ad looking for a webmaster on Craig's list on the morning of the 5th of November. Jodi sent me an email of introduction the afternoon of the 5th of November. Jodi then emailed me her agreement that I printed up, signed both copies and put in a priority mail package along with $100 in cash, a check made out to her for $50, and a CD containing four MPEG video clips that she requested to put on the website.

November 6th the package went out to her Priority Mail. She sent me an email on Friday the 7th of November saying that she had received the package and its contents and that she would get right to work on the site.

She is a webmaster who advertised to me that you she was professional with lots of experience, so with that being the case she should have told me that the video clips required were to be in a flash format. An experienced webmaster would have known that. It is now obvious that she is not very experienced.

Saturday the following day she said in an email that she would be loading up the video clips and that she had done some other work on the site. Then Friday the 14th one week later she emailed me saying that she had been sick and her daughter's birthday party and all that she had not had time to work on the site, but that you would work on the videos and get them up.

Then she emailed me saying that I needed to provide a video of 300 pixel size, since she could not get the MPEGS that I mailed to her to work. I wrote back and said that I had new software and would try to do that, but the new software did not offer a flash format. I later went on the net and found a free converter that would take MPEG's and convert them to Flash files. She could have done the same thing two weeks earlier and saved us both a lot of time and finished the site.

Then Jodi sent me an email stating that she would go live with the videos and corrections after receiving final payment. Demanding final payment before going live was not spelled out in our agreement. I emailed her back in reference to this and then she responded -- completely ignoring my questions about payment and stating that she did not receive the video clips until yesterday when she did in fact receive a package from me on the 7th with everything she needed enclosed. I have copies of all of the emails if anyone would like to check this out.

Therefore, because of misrepresentation on her part as a qualified webmaster, and for her false accusations – lying about receiving the materials needed, and her unwillingness to work out with me a final payment plan under the stated terms of the agreement that we both signed -- I rendering the agreement null and void -- canceling all future obligations. This was at the advice of my attorney that I released Jodi of her obligations and duties for the Tower Video Services website. This notification was done via US postal service mail which went out to her.

This woman is not a qualified webmaster and cannot be trusted to uphold any agreement that she signs. If you do decide to use her then use your own agreement or have your attorney draw one up --- DO NOT USE HER FLIM FLAM AGREEMENT.
