I was reffered to this lab office by my family DR. He told me I was going to pay $109.00 for my lab fees. Once the test had been done, the attendant gave me a bill to sign and I did. As I was about to leave I looked at the bill and realized that I had been charged a $ 5.00 (one time x year) collections fee. The attendant informed me that she just follow orders. Now, I paid cash(ATM-VISA)what in the world are they collecting? I called their corporate office numbe (770-937-9777) nobody answered, I left messages (2) for "Hellen and Melanie telling them what I want so, we'll see where that take us! RRRRIIIIIPPPPPOOOFFFFFF
