I worked with David Dollar and while I made some mistakes that led the company down the wrong path, for which I am extremely regretful, Mr. Dollar was known for his honesty and solidness. He tried to restore the company to proper operations, in spite of my failure, and in the face of some tremendous challenges. There is no way that he did any of these things. Zero chance and I know countless people who will vouch for his character. I know him well enough to know that he is a family man, spends all of his time with his family, and this was just a vicious attempt to slander him. Whoever filed this report was no employee of the company, because as far as I know none of the corporation's employees current or former are angry with Dave. This sounds like sour grapes over a business transaction.

I have no knowledge if Dave Dollar is promiscuous now, however, persons known to me in past have said so. the point is that as acting CEO, and also seller of stocks, even if he did not issue them, he "sold" them using his knowledge of people he knew and their money, to convince others to invest, and in turn receive some sort of "paper" stating we owned shares. his involvement is certainly suspicious, in that he knew of the dealings certainly, and how the company never truly marketed the skin anti-aging products.....why not mass market if you have a great product? because it was a scam...nobody really knows what was in those containers. my spouse bought a few and commented the over the counter stuff worked better. to those who were in the circle or close to it, with mr dollar, it was obvious that he was in some way benefiting from the infux of capital as were the other officers. the saddest part is that they collected $6.5 mil, got a $100/k and 5 yr stock sale probation for this. think about it....if your company sold and collected moneys for a product that did not exist, then you got caught, and paid a 1.5% penalty for that, would you risk it and take the money? yes....or no? they did.
bottom line: everyone lost out due to the company corruptness. we all understand the inherent risk with start ups, but to be duped and ripped off by what seemed like people selling a good idea, shame on them and him. there is a very hot place for them at the end of this life, and from all that I have been told and heard, mr dollar is still at it in selling empty ideas, and was before telomolecular. as far as if he cheats on his spouse is just gas on a fire, who cares. he is apparently not well liked and probably watches his back every time he gets in his luxury car to go to the store.shame the SEC could not get more money back for the initial shareholders.

Just so you know I believe a court action has been filed to find the identity of this writer, who will be sued for libel. These facts are all totally libelous and untrue. Telo did get in trouble with the SEC more than 4 years ago but it was over extremely controversial matters, primarily whether the CEO exaggerated several (three) work relationships. The government case was totally unfounded and unfair and led to all sorts of false accusations against executives. It wasn't worth closing the company down over. The founders of the company may one day want to rebuild the company and take it public again, so this online slander is extremely unhelpful. All of the science was real and promising, patents were filed, there was in fact a skin creme product that was commercialized and sold and any one of the former scientists or board members at the company can verify this. Real people from top universities worked day in and day out to build new medical technologies and when a venomous person like you spouts all sorts of wild lies on the internet it embarrasses these former employees. This rhetoric has to calm down. If you believe Mr. Dollar did something illegal then sue him in a court, and do not anonymously libel him and make statements that have not an ounce of evidence. You should research the costs and consequences of a libel suit. This company will probably be rebuilt so calm down and only make statements that you know 100% to be factually true. You are damaging the brand. Remember that the company's attorneys can find out who you are and get your email and phone # info. You are not as anonymous as you think.

Also this person who claims to be a former shareholder should be ashamed of himself. Just because you lost some money on the company is not a reason to OUTRIGHT LIE about it and repeat things you probably heard through the grapevine. The company was totally real, had an operational lab and honest scientists, and real products. IT FAILED, most startups do, but you are making it out like it was a total scam operation which it wasn't. The SEC performed a year long investigation and they did not accuse the company of phony science, they accused it of misrepresenting several business relationships. I will find out who you are and sue you back to the stone age. I promise you that my attorney will figure out who you are.

I don't think you can sue someone for libel based on facts or printed info . besides people are probably anonymous. unfortunately, people like Dave and Jeremy were likely pawns. at the time, there was a lot of talk about this great idea being bought by some European company, packaged and bundled, and re-opened as another co. yet I don't think any shareholder has heard any news of this idea. If MS had the great idea, you would think he would continue with it. now he's onto solar stuff?
let it go, write it off, and be careful if any of these folks ask to invest in a new idea. if they are such bad people, karma has a way of dealing with it. personally I think they were blind on it all.
