Genetest Lab is not a genetic testing laboratory.  Its locations under various names in Buffalo, NY, USA; Toronto, Ontario, Canada; and England are maildrops for the collection of specimens provided by unwitting consumers paying upwards of $1000 for genetic 'tests' that are either not performed (although random results are issued) or performed with no regulatory oversight.  The site in Buffalo is a UPS Store, formerly Mailboxes Etc.

Genetest and its internet sister 'labs' are run by Omar and Baseer Haqqani from a suburb of Toronto.  When confronted, the Haqqanis purport to send specimens to various a/k/a's of Healthgene Corporation, a veterinary testing lab operated by Yuri Melekhovets, Ph.D., at a Keele Street address in Toronto. But, the various pseudonyms (run "Yuri Melekhovets DNA" as search terms) of Healthgene Corporation will not produce analytical data and document control records to support such testing to consumers who request the records.  Again, there is no regulatory oversight of the 'testing' on human specimens 'performed' by these entities.  Beware.
