Hydro Labs billed for "free trial" after I cancelled Doesn't Appeardon't Know California

I called for a "free" trial of Radical Skin Care, then called to cancel the "subscription" because I didn't want to be billed.

I was still billed a couple of weeks later, $79.90.

When I called to dispute, they said I had been told on the phone call that I would have to send the product back to avoid being billed for it, but I was never told that. How convenient.

And, of course, now it was too late to send it back. Gee, I wonder why.

So I'm disputing it through my credit card.

By the way, this company runs the same scam with a teeth whitening product, EZBright, you'll find lots of complaints on the web about that too.
