Hydroxatone Atlantic Coast Media Cancelled autoship - no longer receiving products - still being charged each month - unable to contact Customer Service - emails returned unable to be delivered! Internet

I went for the free trial of Hydrolyse under eye treatment. I was well aware it was going to end up being an autoship, and I was fine with that. However,  I cancelled after the first 2-3 months – in July. I received and was charged for the July shipment. Following my request to cancel, I received an email back from Customer Service advising they had stopped my autoship. True to their word, this stopped. I have not received any further shipments.

However, I HAVE been charged in August AND September, even though I am not receiving the product any longer. On attempting to contact Customer Service to request they return the funds they have taken from my account without my authorisation, my emails are coming back unable to be delivered!

I will now have to get in contact with my Visa Debit provider to ensure these fraudulent charges CEASE and they are no longer allowed to grab these funds from my account free gratis! BUYER BEWARE!
