Quest Diagnostics, Inc. rips off people in a very unique way.The laboratory giant rips off patient civil rights and steals an employee's job when they are cornered with discrimination complaints and the words Health and Human Services Department and Equal Opportunity Employment Commission.

Quest Diagnostics, Inc. in Houston, Texas allows its employees to violate the civil rights of others and allows their employees to be discrimiated against in order to keep accounts with doctor's offices.
Patients are unaware that Quest Diagnostics, Inc. violates their civil rights under the HIPPA laws and employees are usually just terminated when they complain about discrimination and about illegal acts by their clients under HIPPA laws.

Quest Diagnostics, Inc. then tries to silence theterminated employee by threatening them with big libel and slander lawsuits and blacklists them when it comes to the former employee listing them as a employment reference.

Quest Diagnostics, Inc. claims they comply with all HIPPA laws, when in reality they (supervisors and sales reps) encourage employees to go the "extra mile" for physicians, even if the "extra mile" includes violating the civil rights of others.

Quest Diagnostics, Inc. also tells employees who are discriminated against because of their religion to "Just write if off as a bad joke" according to Quest Diagnostic, Inc. Branch Operations supervisor Pam White.

Quest Diagnostics, Inc. will continue to get away with ripping off patient privacy and silencing complaining voices because that is how big business works.
