Recruiter gave false travel distance information during verbal commitment, then, upon receiving the paperwork, the distance was double what had been verbally agreed to (no pay for mileage, by the way.)  No formal written contract was ever signed.  after I withdrew by e-mail due to lack of good-faith negotiations, I was called and told I would never work for them, and that I was have "a notation" put in my file to that effect.  If you want to deal with this company - especially with this recruiter - beware!  Get EVERYTHING in writing before you even consider saying the word "yes" on the phone!  These folks are sharks.  Pharmacy work can be hard to come by, but you don't need the aggravation and demoralization this company will give you.
