Very disorganized co. Do business differntly than any other web co. You never knlow what is happening to your order!!!! I got 3 confirmation of shipping of 1 or 2 ordered products.

So I had to call the credit card co. to see how many times they charged me! Luckily only one. The confirmation had a ups number, but I ordered 2 products. These people do not stock any items so each order is forwarded to a supplier warehouse and shipped from there.

The UPS tracking number tells you nothing abuot the package and when it will be delivered...that is unless you yourself can log in with a UPS accoutn!!! I called the co. and a girl was so nice. She told me about the other confirmation number for the 2nd item I ordered. It took 2 days, but I got a confirmation and UPS number 2 days later. The girl toldme the delivery date which I would have been unable to see at UPS becuase of the way the put thru your orders. What I received was fine.
Expedited shipping: you don't know if you need it!!!I ordered it because I know how long UPS takes from Arizona to here. BUT; the items are shipped from supplier warehouses; and these were close to me and I wouldn't have need the expedited shipping.
I have the opinion that they have or had a brick store for this stuff, so they know the suppliers.

Now the wet on the web , but they work brick&mortar hours. They are only reacheable 8 to 5. They employ very nice people AFAIK. Just be prepared for unusual ways of conducting business which make you feel extremely uneasy. Those who order from here are usually sick and can be taken advantage of in every way. Activeforever, I think , counts on no bad response becuase of the illnesses of the customer. Take advantage of the customers....
