they are billing me for something I never recieved. They claim I signed for it and recieved it back in 2007, and now in 2009 they are billing me and threatening to send my account to a collection agency if i don't pay. I have called them several times over the last few months and their CSR reps say they will note it on my account that (I claim) I did not recieve the shipment.

I need to find the correct agency to report their fraudulant billing, they are using threatening tactics to make me pay for something I did not recieve.

If anyone has had this experience with this company please contact me.
