Ordered one pair of silicon toe shields ($15.98 pair + $6.95 ship & $0.95 for assured del) TL = $23.88.

Cut off circulation. To send back, had to fill out extensive paper work (part of their game). Then they 'GAVE' me (or so I thought) a return label. MEANWHILE cust srv talked me into ordering larger pair, wouldn't send out new pair w/o receipt of 1st pair, so I paid addn $23.88 to find out 2nd pair also cut off circulation. Nobody could wear this item w/o problems).

Sent back first pair, they don't refund shipping, then I find out they CHARGE you for the return address labels they supply!! Who does this?! No other company I've done business with before has done this!? O_O

SO item was $15.98 per pair (which is all I was going to be refunded per pair due to their shipping/handling/bs charges not refundable), now deduct another $6.95 (for the return shipping label) from that. Net return was $9.08 per set/shipment right? I received $1 refund PER pair!

I paid $6.95 x FOUR = $27.80 for total shipping on this fiasco and had no clue they were doing this. These shields could have been mailed in a regular sized envelope for $1-$2 tops and they maybe cost 3cents to manufacture for the entire 2 pair, not exaggerating.

I called and complained (they stated I sent back partial return-meaning I only sent 'one' shield per order back which was false! I meticulously returned the items in pristine condition with all the original paper that they came with) I argued and now they're giving me $8.99 per pair.

I paid a total of $61.66 for two pairs with shipping (don't forget the return label x2) and other trumped up charges for items that were worth about 3-5 cents TL, and I'm now to be refunded $17.98 and it'll be weeks before I see it and I will probably have to call AGAIN to complain, "where is my refund?". I imagine I WON'T get anything beyond the $2.00 I already ungenerously received. >:/

I called company and spoke with 3 oprs and 1 mgr and got nowhere regarding the gross injustice of their practices. This is a complete SCAM they're running with this shipping game. These items could have been sent 1st class USPS for under $2.00 and I cannot believe a company of this size couldn't afford to send customers pre-paid shipping labels, especially for something as small as these items were. 

In the end IF I receive the partial refund I've been promised, I shelled out $43.68 for 4 miniscule rubber items made in China and have nothing to show for it now. I'm so glad I didn't order shoes that didn't fit from this place.

Their catalogs look totally professional, but the sales staff is half asleep, mentally insufficient and knows nothing about their products, they're just trained to manipulate you out of your money and nothing else.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Please let me begin by apologizing for any inconvenience, it is never our intention to provide less then Best In Class customer service.

I have reviewed you account and have found the following:

 • Two orders were placed (W3352279 and P3815036)

 • Each order totaled $23.88

      o $15.98 a pair

      o $6.95 shipping and order processing

      o $.95 assured delivery

• We received back 1 set for return, though you sent 2 we only received 1

In the Best Interest of customer service I have issued a total refund for $47.76. Again I do apologize for your inconvenience and hope to serve you better in the future.
