Quitting smoking isnt easy. And businesses that provide abatement,curbing or alt methods of quitting, are in a unique position to cause you potential loss of money or offering questionable treatments because they know your smoking habit makes you vulnerable.
I have had mostly good experiences with the people at FreedomSmokesUSA. Fast service, helpful knowledable personnel.
This report is to give advance warning to them that may choose this E-cigarette/Vaporizing method to cut back or stop smoking, to make sure you have a pleasant experience.
My problem came after about 10 days after quitting smoking by implementing vaporizing electronic cigarettes as an alternative. I had spent well over $200 to get set-up. After I got my 1st kit and a selection of E-juices, I quit "analog"cigs...and am very happy.
I wanted a little more deluxe kit, and one in particular by a company they carry that is a 3rd generation and whose main improvement is the universal accessory convenience model. I told the young woman worker what I wanted. She was new, and went to ask somone about my request, an after consulting with some other folks, she brought me a E-cig kit and said that is what  I wanted.
At home I compare the E-cig Kit they sold me with the item I wanted I saw advertised, and it was not the one I asked to purchase.
So, I went back to the store and explained my situation. The salesperson said I needed to talk with someone else about it. Then a man who carried himself as if he was the manager, proprieter sauntered over to me, no introduction, didnt want to hear my situation, and acted condescending and tried to say I was the problem. His arrogance and unwilling to hear my problem or work out some compromise was very abrasive. He totally lied to me and said the product I asked for was what I bought. I showed him online that they were definitely 2 different product models, he brushed me aside and tried aligning the wrong kit that they sold me with one that had a few of the features of the one I wanted (2nd Gen) but was not what I wanted!
This Manager (?) seemed only interested in pointing out their no return/refund policy. I told him I didnt want a return or refund...just an exchange for the product I wanted. I tried to explain that I understand their no return policy what with it being a "personal use item" but when they sell me a product I didnt want/ask for, that the burden was on THEM to apologize and make right.
Bottom line, make sure you spend as much time as you need with the salesfolk (All very nice) to answer all your questions, and that you feel satisfied you are making a good informed choice. 
After years of cigarettes and failed quitting attempts....the Electronic CIgarette has been a miracle in getting to keep the things I really LIKED about tobacco, smoke,puff,hand to mouth, throat kick a little nicotine buzz, but with out the cancer causing tars, the expense the stink, the safety hazards, the social ostracizing etc...and I have been able to keep my no smoking New Years Resolution....and gives me the confidence to truly believe and say....I QUIT THE HABIT>>>YEAH!!!
