Interpill ordered pills that I never recieved Internet

I ordered pills from this company and the bill was over $200.00. It didn't take them long to take the money from my account. I was told that my shipment would be air-mailed from India (oh man did the red flags go up when I saw the name of the country.) I was told it would arrive in 14-21 days. I waited 30 days before contacting them. I actually got a few run-around e-mail responses from them, culminating in them telling me that my order would be shipped again and that I would recieve a tracking number in a few days. Of course, that hasn't happened...

Not a rip-off, just some troubles with delivery and support.

Hello,

We, Support Team of Interpill, Rx-Promo and all other websites connected with our business are to inform You that our websites are not scam.

We try our best to provide 24/7/365 support after a very-very bad period when we have had several hundreds orders a day and only one person for support.

By the end of the May we have had 2 thousands of unreplied e-mails and about 5 thousands of missed calls.

After that awful experience we employed several manager to support the customers 24/7 and since then we reply to every call, message and try our best to keep the contact with customer until the package arrives.

We do send our orders, but unfortunately our Indian partners are not very accurate in doing business. We have lost packages, undelivered meds and mixed up orders... But we always refund the money or resend the order.

At the moment we have no profit at all, but we have a great wish to improve our business and make ALL our customers happy.

So please, be so polite to excuse us and to remove this complaint. Thank You.
