Miga sells used medical equipment for hospital clients.  They sell the equipment on a consignment basis splitting the profit either by 50/50 or 60/40. 

The problem is that Miga creates all kinds of bogus fee's and charges so that the customer is not getting anywhere near what the equipment was sold for. 
As an example, Miga demands the equipment be picked up from the hospital and then stored in the Miga warehouse.  Miga then turns around and charges exorbitant pick-up and storage fee's. 

Miga also does not pay it's employees what they are truly owed.  Just like above, they create all kinds of charges so that the sales people are not getting what is honestly owed to them in the form of commission.  As an example if the sales person goes to a customer site, the sales person is docked for vacation time and the time spent at the customer site is deducted as an hourly rate from the commissions.

As far as paying vendors, Miga rarely does this.  Miga and specifically it's CEO, Peter Robson, will create problems and issues so that they do not have to pay the full amount owed to the vendor.  For example, if Miga orders supplies, they will
dispute that the supplies were delivered or that all of the supplies that they ordered were not included in the delivery.

All in all, Miga Solutions is a bad company and it's employees, customers, and vendors need to be made aware of how they are getting taken advantage of.
