This company charged my credit card when I placed an order. Then cancelled my order and never sent my medication or my refund of $248 dollars. In addition, when you call this company it rings for ever, you're on hold, it disconnects after being on hold for about 15 minutes, they answer and ask you for your number and name and say they'll call you back in less than a minute because supposedly it's procedure, sometimes they do but sometimes they don't. Which forces the coonsumer to have to call back because e-mails. Well if you think calling them is a headace, e-mails are worse. THEY'RE NEVER REPLIED TO!!!!!

After several contacts they first said there was a glitch in the system that they had to do my order manually, then that there were drug interactions so the drug needed to be cancelled, then they cancelled it. Said they would credit my account. But after it was cancelled and the money was not in my account. I contacted them and conveniently was told my order could not be found. I still have not received my order (which I'm not surprised, since it was cancelled) or my refund. This is a company that takes medication orders for several other pharmacies, but I think they are all one of the same. Cheaters, rip-offs and have no shame. If they want to keep my money, that's fine they must need it more than I do. All I say is....KARMA.
