Pure Energy Products Fraudulent Misrepresentation of a sales contract and Theft Oklahoma City Oklahoma

Like so many others listed here, Pure enrgy products offered us a $4.95 trial of their product. We never recieved even the trial order, much less the "autoshipment". they've have fraudulently billed our credit card, and now that we have contested the charge, have sent a document labeled "terms and conditions" which were never available for review or even hinted at on their website. The document was not even printed from a web-page, it is a word document! The document actually references another product, aquazine, in addition to the phentrazine that was offered in their trial. they have sent us to a colection agency, and don't even have the amount that we supposedly owe them correct. I think their "collection agency" is in on this scam as well, since none of their documentation passes the straight face test.

If anyone is considering a class action suit, we are so in!
