On April 13, I ordered 150$ of Ambien and paid an extra 30$ for express shipment. I have never recieved that order. I have notified [autosupport] them several times to either reship or refund.
All I get are form letter apologies but no action. I warned them that I will make a claim on my VISA account. Still no reply or action.

Last January I lost 140$ to the same group for a shipment that never came in but I was away and forgot.
I didn't know Quality Generics and Aclepsa were the same company.

I hope the FTC or someone sues them and pute them out of business.

I order from Aclepsa and have had a few orders disappear! Then got a letter from US Customs-they took my order. Aclepsa reshipped and Customs took it again. Do you all know that this is a foreign pharmacy? They handled my complaints in a very professional matter. I have done my own personal research on these matters and suggest odering 90 pills or less from any overseas pharmacy. I love Aclepsa!!

Always Satisfied with Aclepsa

I started ordering from Aclepsa/Quality Generics in April 2006.  I have never been ripped off.  My shipment was lost once and it took a few weeks for them to re-ship it but they made it good by giving extra pills.  In addition, I have always received the correct medicine and correct amounts in my orders.  If you were not home to receive the order that was unfortunate but I can't see blaming them.  The post office always leaves a note and holds the item for maybe 15-30 days.  All you needed to do was go and sign to pick it up at the post office.  This hardly seems like an excuse.  I'm not saying their perfect but if you want cheap good quality meds this is the place.  I'm thankful because some of these meds are unaffordable where I live and so I would be doing without.
