Scooter Store Took advantage of Senior Citizen mistreated and ripped off Des Moines Iowa

The scooter store ran an advertisement on TV. A Senior Citezen in Des Moines Iowa called just to get more information. The person on the phone took down all of her personal information. The next week, a scooter store rep and a wheelchair showed up at her door to be delivered. She did not request a wheelchair from the scooter store, she just wanted information.

The scooter store delevery man was pushy and did not show her how to properly run the chair. She was forced to sign the paperwork and now has to pay the scooter store $1,500 or $50.00 per month for a power wheelchair she didn't even ask for.

Scooter Store, terrible business practices, terrible service, and they take advantage of Senior Citizens.

Watch out for the scooter store!
