TCleanse (mytrialsupport.com) Colon XR Charged credit card for items not delivered Florida

I purchased a trial offer of Colon xR that was offered on the internet. I read the offer completely and thoroughly. It stated the only charge was for shipping of $ 5.95. I received the offer around December 1.

On Sec. 16th, I checked my credit card statement. There was a charge on the statement from TCleanse for 78.84. I called my credit card holder and asked them about the charge. They gave me the number for TCleanse. They said they would send me a dispute form to fill out but it would be best to call TCleanse first.

I called TCleanse today (Dec. 19th). I talked with Anen (that is the name he gave me after I asked him three times). I got the "foreign accent, I can't understand the spelling of your name" routine. Finally, he was able to find my order. He said that I had 15 days from the order date to cancel the order. I never saw that on the order form. I printed a copy but it is at home right now.

Finally, he agreed to cancel the order if I shipped the unused portion of the bottle back to him but said there would be a 30% restocking fee. How can you restock a bottle that's already been opened?
