Trinity Medical Solutions Thief! Payed with PayPal with $0 in account and then won't return item or pay. Arvada Colorado

I sold Matt Carns of Trinity Medical Solutions a Hako Med 2000 and he asked me to ship to his customer direct. I had sold one other thing to him about a year ago for $1700 for which he made prompt payment and I shipped it to him. This time he was able to send $3075 with PayPal and the very next day PayPal reversed the funds. Apparently he was able to con PayPal into thinking he had enough to cover this, I honestly don't know how you can do this, and the payment went through. I called him and he told me that eBay shut down his store and that PayPal wanted to verify the account he used to make payment with. I told him to just give me his credit card number over the phone to make it right and he said that the PayPal thing should clear up in a day or so. I decided to wait. I had shipped the item the same day he made payment and figured since we have done business before this would all work itself out. It has been over one month and he refuses to return the item and keeps telling me lies of how he plans to make good on this. I have called the FBI and am filing a law suit against him and the person I shipped the item to. Even the person I shipped the item to doesn't return my calls. Something very fishy is going on here and I hope to have him in jail soon thinking about this.

Stay far away from this con artist. There is another guy here that posted about an $80,000 piece of equipment that Matt couldn't make good on. I hope I can keep this guy in jail for a while.
