Ultranebs/SecureNet Medical,ltd I returned an item i had bought back in october 2011. The pulse ox meter cost $75.00. They will not give me my money back. They tell they have recevied the product and will issue me a refund. Quitman, Texas

I purchased an item from ultranebs in october 2011. The item took almost a month to get to me, so i had to  it from someone else. When i received the meter i returned it the next day. I called ultranebs and they said they had got the return and  would issue me a refund. I never received the refund so i call them back. I have called more times than i can count. NO one ever answers the phone, all i get is a machine. I  have left messages still no response from them.  I still try calling them 4 to 5 times a day everyday, still the same. All i want is my money back. They should not b allowed to do people this way.
