I ordered a lab coat that never arrived. They were quick to charge my credit card and send me an email confirmation with an order #..but that was the end of any communication from them. When you call for help you can't get anyone to answer the phone...you will be stuck in an endless loop no matter what option you choose to try and speak to someone. I also attempted several times to communicate via email which is what they tell you to do to track an order..but no reply.

2 weeks after I should have gotten the lab coat I have decided to work with my bank to ensure they can't charge anything further to my credit card, and perhaps dispute the charge..but more than likely I am just going to be out the money.

Someone needs to close this web site down! I plan to file with the BBB as well as the FTC and anyone else who will listen...if you have a similar story PLEASE do the same and let's get these people shut down!

By the way ~ after it was too late and I had already been ripped off - I read their terms & conditions page on cancellations and returns. If you try to cancel or exchange you will be charged re-stocking fee's and cancellation fee's..so JUST STAY AWAY!
