Ordered the Walkfit insoles for a total of 82.65 which included 9.95 for shipping and handling. When product received they had a balance due of 44.65 for shipping and handling. I called the company and told them I did not agree with this additional charge. They told me to return the product for a refund which I did. The walkfit company only refunded my account for 38.00 keeping 44.65 for shipping and handling. Made several calls to customer service requesting the full refund of 82.65 and the company refuses stating they do not refund shipping and handling charges. I feel that I have been ripped off of 44.65 and also the 10.70 it cost me to return the product.
