I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I was approached to receive referrals from, and provide therapeutic services to, clients who contacted an organization called the Canadian Symposium for Parental Alienation Syndrome (CSPAS), whose main office was said to be in Ontario, Canada.

In October 2011 I was promised that there were numerous referrals waiting in line to be referred to me for services as soon as I sent CSPAS $179.00 and my professional Vitae.

I foolishly sent them the money, and the professional information, but have received no referrals, even after contacting them to see why no clients had been referred.

Parental Alienation Referrals

AUTHOR: mike jeffries - Stamford (United States of America)

I am sorry you had this experience.  While I do not have a solution to your issue with the people at the Canadian Symposium on Parental Alienation, I do have an offer for you.

I am a published author on parental alienation.  I often receive letters from parents dealing with these heartbreaking situations and I provide, for free, referrals to mental health professionals skilled in addressing these difficult cases.  If you send me your contact information at mike@afamilysheartbreak.com I will add you to our data base and refer any parent who writes requesting a referral in your geographic area.  We only ask that you respond to their phone call or email within 24 hours.

Further, we also maintain a public Professional Services section on the Resources page of our website.  These professionals all have experience identifying and addressing issues related to parental alienation.  If you go to http://www.afamilysheartbreak.com/resources and submit your information, we will post it on the site -- also for free.

Hope this helps.

Sincerely,

mike jeffries
