My experience, everything I have read on this website  about this guy is true!

Dr Mann does not read any of the OSC’s and letters and merely  counts the pages!He does NO investigative work even when facts and evidence are provided.   Dr Mann charged over 15K to produce a  useless report  filled with errors, omissions, and made extremely disturbing recommendations—in which was not in the best interest of the child.  Fortunately, the judge essentially tossed the useless report aside and exercised the common-sense Dr Mann seems to be lacking.

During the evaluation process, this extremely odd man  actually believed that he was both judge and jury.  Without reading anything,  he demonstrated confirmatory bias stating “I have done hundreds if not thousands of cases and I know what the issues are”.   He also  stated    “I am  in charge and I will make all decisions”.   Concurrently, Dr Mann banned all discussion regarding the presented issues  (per the court order and OSC filings) for what he was actually hired to investigate/determine.   And his greed and laziness are clear from the onset.

 And finally, this nut-case will tell you that “There are no causes, just effects”.  Hence, this rational is how he justifies NOT confirming any facts or investigating any issues is why he can bill to the rate he does.  The entire process was a waste of time and money and did nothing but escalate and extend the matters in litigation.
