Lucinda Bassett, midwest center for stress an anxiety Dr David A Kaleta they lied to me, made a fool of me an took my hope away Willoughby, Ohio

Someone has to stop these people from preying off people like me. i have had agoraphobia for over 30 yrs on an off an could never find help.  i found this Dr Kaleta in the phone book and he called me back an told me he worked for Lucinda Bassett an he was the one an only doctor who knew how to treat agoraphobia and panic an anxiety. He came to my home because im housebound and proceeded to tell me how he an the midwest center were my only hope of ever being well again. then he gave me a long speech about how good he was.  then he started pressuring me to buy the program, i told  him i live on ssi and would get it on ebay alot cheaper, which i did. that upset him because he was suppose to come back the following week an he would start getting me better. he never showed up. he called an said he was too busy an we would have phone sessions for a half hour. i have had 3. during each session he continues to tell me how good he is an hes my only hope of being well.  he never answers my questions or has done anything to help me get better or even get started. yesterday i called him crying an begged him to start helping me and my doctor also put a call to him to ask what was going on an he refused to talk to my doctor. Dr Kaleta said he cant help me because im not smart enough to understand the program an hes wasting his time trying to help me.  im not stupid and i can understand things when they are explained to me. he got my insurance info and im left feeling stupid and hopeless. how can Dr Kaleta and the midwest center get away with treating people like this!
