Two arrested on charges of narcotic drug use/possession

Partners Against Narcotics Trafficking Task Force detectives arrested a man and a woman Monday on charges including possession/use of a narcotic drug after serving a search warrant in the 1000 block of Grazer Lane in Prescott.

Detectives booked Nick DeGeorge Myers, 46, of Prescott and Joy Jensen, 31, of Chino Valley into the Yavapai County Jail in Camp Verde on charges of possession/use of a narcotic drug, possession/use of a dangerous drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Myers was also charged with driving under the influence of drugs.

Jensen was also charged with possession/use of marijuana.

When asked what led to the search warrant, Shana Rushing, senior secretary of PANT, said detectives chose not to release that information at this time.
