Med Aesthestic Medical Group - LIPOZAP Unable to finish paid in full treatments due to company out of business Tustin California

We heard of this company via radio. We looked into the company and found it to seem viable and gave us information showing people with results. It was expensive, but applied for a credit card that they recommended and used for other clients. The first treatment was in January 2008. It was painful, but about 4 weeks later was starting to see results.

During the consultation the nurse stated that you could take as long as you needed to complete your sessions. This was a concern due to our daughter was going back to college. They assured us this was not a problem.

Now starting in August 2008 we decided to continue with the rest of the treatments and have found the website "under construction". However, when calling the number, it states this number is no longer in service.

Since that time we have discovered they are no longer in business. We still had another four treatments to go. Not only that, we have paid for these services in full, three thousand dollars.

We are now filing a claim to the credit card company to see if we can get some of our money back.
